So how was your Tuesday morning? For Dale Jr. and Amy Earnhardt it was life changing.
NASCAR’s recently retired most popular driver and his wife welcomed their daughter Isla Rose to the world Tuesday morning. The couple had been sharing the excitement of their new arrival since the pregnancy announcement last fall. Since then Dale Jr. has not hid his excitement at becoming a father.
That pregnancy ended with the next step as their baby daughter was born Tuesday (presumably) one day ahead of Amy’s due date of May 1.
Earnhardt Jr., 43, and Amy wed on New Year’s Eve in 2016.
She’s finally here! @DaleJr and I are officially parents to a beautiful baby girl, Isla Rose Earnhardt. It feels like a dream. The best dream ever. 💕
