With only four weeks until the launch of the 63rd annual Daytona 500, punters are already looking at the lineup and browsing Co Bets to know where they can get the best odds, safe, legal and regulated sports betting has arrived in Colorado. The Daytona 500 will take place only four weeks from now, with Nascar’s list of entrants already overflowing.
After the single-car qualifying sessions are over, along with the Bluegreen Vacation duels that follow, several drivers will be disappointed for failing to book a spot in the 40-car field. The race has gone green with almost a month remaining, with 44 drivers having already confirmed their attendance for the 200-lap run around the 2.5-mile Daytona International Speedway in Florida.
With 36 cars being chartered entries, eight drivers will need to battle it for the remaining four spots. Looking at the early entry for the race performance in mid-December when Daytona 500 was two months away, it’s clear that a lot has changed, and there’s no stopping, considering there are over 40 cars on the entry list. Additionally, it’s confirmed that JTG Daugherty’s second car won’t have a charter like in previous years. Let’s look at the Daytona 500 entry list in 2021.
