NASCAR legend Bill Elliott returns to NASCAR racing
GMS Racing officials announced Saturday that veteran driver and NASCAR Hall of Fame member Bill Elliott will drive the team’s No. 23 Chevrolet Camaro at Road America in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Johnsonville 180 on August 25.
