1970: Bobby Isaac rolls to victory in the rain-shortened Virginia 500 at Martinsville Speedway, leading 223 of the 377 laps. Bobby Allison finishes second under caution in a 1-2 sweep by Dodges. Cale Yarborough finishes third, one lap down in the Wood Brothers Mercury.
