NASCAR reinstates AJ Allmendinger

NASCAR said Tuesday that they have reinstated Sprint Cup Series driver AJ Allmendinger after successful completion of NASCAR’s Substance Abuse Policy Road to Recovery Program.

Allmendinger had been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR on July 24 for violating the sanctioning body’s substance abuse policy.

Allmendinger was suspended before the race at Daytona,on July 7, it was not until the B sample testing was completed July 24 that Allmendinger was suspended indefinitely. MORE>>>
