Could this be Jeff Gordon’s final season?

Two weeks ago Jeff Gordon had a highlight of his season winning his first win of the season at Pocono.  The victory, his first since Atlanta in September of last year, gave Gordon and his Hendrick Motorsports crew a much need morale boost and gave Gordon fans hope for the future.

Since that win however, Gordon has continued to suffer from the same problems that have seemingly plagued the team all year.  The following week at Watkins Glen Gordon, who leads all drivers in road course wins, spun out on the final lap and finished 21st.  He lost the two spots he had gained in the points and left 15th in the standings.

Sunday at Michigan the downward trend continued for Gordon and his frustration was evident and very vocal. MORE>>>
