RICHMOND, Va. –Roush Fenway Racing driver Carl Edwards is part of a campaign that begins to address the problem of world hunger at the grass-roots level — literally.

Through his sponsor, Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, and the GroGood Campaign, Edwards is supporting a nationwide program that encourages gardeners to grow extra produce and donate it to local food agencies.

Four such gardens have been planted at Richmond International Raceway to provide produce for those at risk for hunger in the Richmond area.
